Purpose and availability

The website provides information about our apiary, honey, and honey production records. Subscription features let you request availability updates. Product availability, descriptions, and production records may change or contain errors; contact us if something appears incorrect. These terms do not replace purchase terms agreed at the point of sale or any statutory consumer rights.

The Rclone integration is a private tool for its owner's authorized accounts and files. It is not offered as a public storage service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

Acceptable use

Use the services lawfully and only with information and accounts you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the site or integrations, distribute malicious content, misuse another person's information, or submit subscriptions on another person's behalf without permission.

You retain rights to your own files and information. You are responsible for the content you provide and the permissions you grant to connected tools. Our website text, branding, and images may not be reused commercially without permission unless an applicable license or law permits it.

Synchronization and third-party services

Bidirectional synchronization can propagate edits, renames, and deletions between locations. Conflicts, interruptions, provider limits, or configuration errors may affect files. The owner is responsible for reviewing the configured folders and permissions, resolving conflicts, and maintaining independent backups. Recovery copies are safeguards, not a guarantee that every version can be restored.

Google, Cloudflare, and any separately authorized AI assistants or other tools operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Google authorization may be revoked at any time. Revocation does not automatically erase previously stored files or backups. This personal deployment is not endorsed by Google or by the upstream rclone project; open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed by these services. Requesting honey updates permits us to contact you about availability. You may ask to stop those updates by emailing bikerhiker10@gmail.com.

Food and informational content

Website information is not medical advice. Raw honey is not recommended for infants under one year of age. Follow product labeling and obtain appropriate professional advice for individual dietary or health concerns.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the website and personal integration are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized third-party access, provider outages, or your misuse of the services to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or changes rights and remedies that applicable law provides.
